Summer is the season for barbeques, especially in Chicago. Barbeques are a great way to enjoy the outdoors with your family and/or friends and neighbors and there are just as many unique ways to approach them as there are grills. Some people think in terms of grilling when they think of barbeques but other think of them as a celebration of family, friends, nature, and fellowship. A BBQ is so great for families and for impromptu gatherings; A BBQ can be the celebration that you can have or attend that is great fun and are parties that children love as much as adults. Food is a wonderful addition to any celebration but is a key component of BBQs, whether you have hot dogs or filet mignons. It is the celebration that is at the heart of a great barbeque.
